Trademark renewal Process - UAE

When can you renew?

You can start renewing your trademark in the UAE up to 6 months before it expiry date.

We will send you a confirmation email before we proceed.
Once confirmed,
The renewal application will be submitted within 48 hours.
Incase of Public holidays or government closures, submissions may be slightly delayed.
Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email, and our team will provide updates at every stage to ensure transparency.

Before expiry - AED 6,500
After Expiry (up to 6 months) - AED 7,250

Government fees

Note : If the trademark is not renewed within 6 months of expiry, it becomes vulnerable to third party claims. However, the ministry will reserve the mark for 3 years from the expiry date giving the original owner the opportunity to re-register it.

After 3 years, the mark becomes publicly available for others to claim.

Professional fees

At this stage, WefileTrademark.com does not charge any professional fees, as we are not a licensed service provider.
However, if you choose to proceed with trademark registration or renewal through one of our trusted legal partners, they may charge a professional service fee in addition to the applicable government fees. These fees vary depending on the scope of the work, and we’ll ensure you are informed before any process begins.

We do not collect any payment ourselves — all payments are made directly to licensed professionals with your full consent.
